simple frosting 1 lb powder sugar 1/4 cup cream 2 teaspoons vanilla
1.Preheat oven to 180°C. 2.In a large bowl, cream together butter and sugar. Add in the eggs, vanilla, salt and baking powder. Add flour and milk in batches, starting and ending with flour. Stir until batter is smooth and satiny. 3.Fill paper-lined muffin tins with batter. Bake for 20 minutes.
*For frosting, whip together powdered sugar, cream, and vanilla until smooth and fluffy. Or frost with your favorite buttercream frosting and decorate with sprinkles! |
