1 pack of shell pasta or spiral
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
Juice of 2 small lemons
1 teaspoon mustard
½ teaspoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon curry powder
½ teaspoon sweet paprika powder
1 ½ tablespoons salt Dash of pepper
1 can sweet corn
1 onion or 3 spring onions
¼ cup milk
2 large tomatoes
4 small green bells peppers
With tuna: 2 cans of tuna (solid)
OR With smoked chicken: ¼ kg of smoked chicken cut into cubes or stripes
1 red capsicum
1 yellow capsicum
1.Cook the pasta al dente. And let them drain and cool off.
2.Mix the yoghurt with mayonnaise, lemon juice, mustard, sugar, garlic powder, curry, sweet paprika, salt and pepper.
3. If using tuna, pour the oil out of the tuna cans. Cut the tomatoes, onions and bell pepper into cubes. (or the smoked chicken and capsicum) Add all except for the tomatoes to the pasta.
4.Add the dressing. Mix well. Put in the fridge for about 2 hours. Add the tomatoes shortly before serving along with the milk. Add some salt if needed as the pasta absorbs lots of salt.
