1 can tuna, drained
1 big tomato, chopped
1 green bell peper, cut into small cubes
1 tbsp olive oil
1.Heat oil in a medium skillet
2.Add the chopped tomatoes and fry for 3 min.
3.Add the green pepers and continue to cook for another 3 min.
4.Add the tuna and continue cooking,adding salt and peper to taste for only 3-4 min.
*enjoy either with bread or pasta
